In this course, students will build understanding of the following modules: Sums and Differences to 100; Sums and Differences to 100; Place Value, Counting, and Comparison of Numbers to 1,200; Addition and Subtraction Within 200 with Word Problems to 100; Addition and Subtraction Within 1,000 with Word Problems Within 1,000; Foundations of Multiplication, Division, and Area; Problem Solving with Length, Money, and Data; and Time, Shapes, and Fractions as Equal Parts of Shapes.

You will find teacher and student materials for each module to guide the instruction and facilitate learning. Each module is broken up into coherent topics that allow students to develop solid conceptual understanding, practice procedural skills and fluency, and apply what they learn in real-world scenarios.

The agency developed these learning resources as a contingency option for school districts during COVID. All resources are optional. Prior to publication, materials go through a rigorous third-party review. Review criteria include TEKS alignment, support for all learners, progress monitoring, implementation supports, and more. Products also are subject to a focus group of Texas Educators.
